Andrew G. Simpson
Mr. Simpson is an accomplished trial attorney with over 17 years of experience fighting for the rights of others. Mr. Simpson’s practice is currently focused heavily on bankruptcy matters and creditor and debtor relations. Mr. Simpson has also represented clients with a wide array of legal demands, including commercial litigation, complex trust and estate drafting, catastrophic personal injury, serious criminal charges, drunk driving, and all form of traffic court representation. Mr. Simpson has successfully championed the rights of his clients against insurance companies, Fortune 500 corporations, counties, cities, school boards, and individuals who have negligently or deliberately caused lasting harm. Through his commitment to preparation, research, and zealous advocacy, Mr. Simpson is able to meet his clients’ complex legal needs with personal, one-on-one client service. Mr. Simpson has been a member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar for over seventeen years. He is currently a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Alexandria Bar Association where he serves on the Judicial Screening Committee. Mr. Simpson is admitted to practice before the Virginia Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. Mr. Simpson appears regularly in Federal Courts, Circuit Courts, and General District Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
