Each of our named partners worked as prosecutors under legendary Fairfax County Commonwealth's Attorney Robert F. Horan. Our newest partner, Daniel Lopez, began his legal career in the Public Defender's Office for Fairfax County where he gained extensive court room experience. Both Mr. Lopez and our associate attorney, Juan Carlos Estevez, provide Spanish language legal services as well.

Founded in 1993 by former state prosecutors, Briglia Hundley Nuttall & Kay, P.C. started out primarily representing individuals charged with crimes. The size of the firm and the scope of its practice have grown significantly over the years.
