The lawyers at the law office of Briglia Hundley Nuttall & Kay, P.C. have extensive experience throughout the courts of Virginia. Each of our named partners worked as prosecutors under legendary Fairfax County Commonwealth's Attorney Robert F. Horan. Our newest partner, Daniel Lopez, began his legal career in the Public Defender's Office for Fairfax County where he gained extensive court room experience. Both Mr. Lopez and our associate attorney, Juan Carlos Estevez, provide Spanish language legal services as well.

As the firm has grown, it has developed a varied and broad practice in many legal areas including civil litigation, personal injury, commercial disputes, family law, and criminal defense. Founded in 1993 by former state prosecutors, Briglia Hundley Nuttall & Kay, P.C. started out primarily representing individuals charged with crimes.
